Our body butters are made with 100% pure shea or mango butter and just a few simple ingredients, so you always know what you're putting on your skin. Many store-bought products list shea butter but contain only a small percentage of it. Ours is the real thing.
2. Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Our products are made to work well for most skin types, including dry, normal, combination, and mature skin. Because everyone's skin is unique, we recommend a patch test before using any new product, especially if your skin is sensitive.
3. What ingredients do you use?
We use carefully selected ingredients such as pure Shea butter, Mango butter, Cocoa butter, grapeseed oil, nourishing oils, herbs, and botanical extracts, with fragrance oils or essential oils in scented products. 4. Do your products contain harsh chemicals?

Our products are gentle enough for everyday use as part of your daily self-care routine.
8. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, but everyone's skin is different. Please review the ingredient list and do a patch test before full use.
9. Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are plant-based, including our body butters. Our natural soaps are made with goat milk and our shampoo contains honey, so those are not vegan. Check each product page for details.
10. Do you test on animals?
No. Mama Ethel's Herbal Infusions never tests products on animals.
11. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We offer flat-rate shipping of $15.
12. Do you offer local pickup?
When local pickup is available, it will be offered at checkout, or you can arrange it by contacting us directly.
13. What is your return policy?
Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
